Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
* Item must be unworn, unused, and free of odors or damage
* Tags must be attached
* Item must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return

Email westimprovement@gmail.com with:
* Your order number
* Reason for return
* Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability) within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending your item back.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover replacement shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
